About

 Smith Habilitation Services provides Life Skills, Staff and Family Consultation, and Stabilization Services for adults with developmental disabilities.

 

We are contracted with the DDA of Washington State. We are licensed and bonded with Washington State. We service clients who are Washington State DDA clients.

From the Owner:

Hi. I was inspired to work with people who have disabilities by volunteering as a teenager. I volunteered over 5,000 hours in a special education classrooms in the Tacoma School District. I worked as a Para Educator in Sped rooms, Substituted in Sped classrooms, was DSP at an assisted living facility, and was a program coordinator at an assisted living agency. I have a degree in Clinical Psychology from Washington State University. I have now ran my company since 2019. I love seeing people with developmental disabilities thrive and grow their skills.
